The International Waldorf School The Hague is a primary school located in The Hague, The Netherlands, which offers an international education for the children of expats. The school is well suited to families who are looking for a high-quality education that is tailored to the individual needs of their children.
The Waldorf approach to education, which is followed by the International Waldorf School The Hague, emphasises creativity, imagination and practical skills. The curriculum is designed to foster intellectual, emotional and social development, while also supporting each child's unique learning journey.
At the International Waldorf School, we have two kindergartens and Classes One to Six.

- A strong understanding of and affinity with Waldorf education
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education and a permanent teaching license for primary level
- Native or full (C2-level) proficiency in English
- A pioneering spirit and positive attitude
- Preferably an EU passport

INTERNSHIPS
We are committed to supporting the development of the next generation of teachers and welcome educational interns at our school. However, due to our small size, we can only accommodate a limited number of interns each year.

EURYTHMY TEACHER VACANCY
We are currently looking for a part-time Eurythmy teacher (0.3 FTE) for the 2025-2026 academic year.
We would like to get in touch with you, if you:
- are a fully qualified Eurythmy teacher with DUO registration
- can communicate and teach in English (at least a B2 level of English)
The teachers at our school work together closely and are given a high level of autonomy. We are a small, energetic team. We are eager to build our school and always try to be open for innovation. Since we are a young school that is unique in its approach, it is important to have an open mind towards learning and development.
The position will start on the 1st of August 2025. We are offering a contract that will last until 31 July 2026, with the prospect of a permanent contract. Salary is according to the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement for Primary Education, based on experience.
